Dr. Schaefer

Dr. Schaefer has been a pediatrician in Edmond, OK since 1996.
She attended Baylor University and received her Doctor of Medicine degree
from University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, TX. In 1996 she
completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City,
OK and began practicing pediatrics in Edmond, OK. Dr. Schaefer feels she was
called to serve as a pediatrician during her middle school years and has
made that her lifelong passion. She started First Choice Pediatrics in
January 2010 to continue her passion of caring for children of all ages.

Ashley Hebert

Ashley completed her RN degree at OU School of Nursing. She was employed at
Baptist Hospital in the Pediatrics unit for 2 years before returning to
school to attain her ARNP. She completed her Nurse Practitioner training
through Vanderbilt University fall of 2010. Ashley has been employed at
First Choice Pediatrics since November 2010.
